Energy Auditor

Job Summary
The Energy Auditor is responsible for assessing and analysing energy systems within facilities to identify opportunities for improving energy efficiency and reducing costs. This role involves performing detailed energy audits, evaluating power quality, exploring renewable energy options, and providing clients with actionable recommendations.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Energy Audits:
• Conduct energy audits in accordance with Vietnamese industry standards and legal frameworks.
• Survey mechanical, energy management systems, electrical systems, lighting, water and building of sites.
• Study of historical energy consumption at customer site (typically Industries and factories) using tools such as data loggers and Power Analysers and utilization to develop suitable energy saving configurations.
• Prepare schematic design documents and specifications, including scopes of work.
• Evaluate HVAC systems, and analyse factory utilities (motors, compressors, blowers, etc.), lighting needs, and lux measurements.
• Power quality and harmonic study in existing system with respect to the Fault level. Comparison with standards (1EEE 519-2014).
• Analyze audit documentation and data and prepare a report of audit findings.
2. Client Support and Regulatory Compliance
• Present audit findings to clients.
• Recommendations on energy saving opportunities with cost benefit analysis.
• Assist in identifying energy efficiency projects, their estimated cost, estimated energy savings, and estimated return on investment for clients.
• Educate users on energy-use habits and potentials for consumption and cost reduction
• Stay up-to-date on legislation and regulations affecting energy audits and efficiency.
