Purpose of the Position:
• Control all
engineering staff in department
• Control of maintenance execution and repair all equipment in factory
• Develop new process and optimize resources to reduce cost control
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Ensure a secure environment for all factory staff
• Preparation of maintenance plans for all equipment and infrastructure of the factory
• Find solution to problems detected on equipment's to ensure continuity of process
• Generation of work orders with distributing, coordinating and supervising personnel
• Keeping equipment available and on-time based on production request
• Ensuring necessary stock of spare parts necessary and / or requested, to meet the equipment maintenance in deadlines
• Developing and aligning together with all departments for better alternatives for process
• Optimization of resources to increase the efficiency
• Supplying alternatives available for new products requested by our customers
• Support in negotiations to reduce final cost for equipment and spare parts
• Reduction of Down time of equipment
• Teaching and guiding new members
Academic & Trades Qualification:
• University graduation from Technical areas associates with maintenance, especially heat and refrigerator
• Fluent use of computer in some office software, such as MS Word, MS Excel, AutoCAD...
Work Experience & Skills:
• Minimum 7-years experiences working in machineries of food/seafood industry.
• Minimum 5-years experiences in supervision of develop food process
• Strong knowledge of machineries and refrigeration system
• Capacity to work under pressure

Relationship/Reporting lines:
• Engineer Manager - This position will be supported for
Chief Engineer in collaboration with production areas, and supervised by Chief engineer
• Report to Chief Engineer and
Operations ManagerPercentage of time traveling:
• Recommend to visit some expo-shows at least to learn new technologies
Target Search:
• Partners and factories, for can manufacture equipment for food process area, the idea is can see new applications
• Reduce the cost for the process
