Mô tả công việc
• Update detailed Works Programme
• Revision and submission of detailed works programme in accordance with the Contract.
• Developing and implementing work breakdown structures
• Preparation and submission of progress reports
• Monthly / Weekly / Daily Progress Reports and Three Months Rolling Programme
• Take construction photographs and submission to the Employer/Engineer
• Monitor project progress.
• Monitor and follow-up for Subcon bills and invoices payments.
• Estimate and calculate quantity, support PC team to submit MEP IPC.
• Preparing materials document proposal and other document submission.
• Coordinate QA/QC team to control QA/QC document (SMR, NCR, Technical issues, etc..... )
• Preparing MOA templates and Inspection SHEET, ITP for materials and Construction method statement.
• Material takeoff from drawings.
• Support PC team for purchase and contract activity.
• Follow up and get approval of SAR documents.
• Close coordination with PC planning team and time to time update the Schedule as per main working programme.
Yêu cầu
• Graduation from university with major in Architecture / Civil electrical or mechanical with experience in finishing work
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project)
• Primavera
• Auto CAD
• 6 to 10 years of experience
• Good in using English (Writing & Speaking)
Quyền lợi
- Competition salary: 20,000,000 - 25,000,000 VND/month (gross)
- Others : according to Vietnamese labour law
