Mô tả công việc

Familiar implementation of international electrical engineering standards in order to plan, implement, coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure that all electrical equipment (HV, LV, Motor, Transformer, UPS, Lighting) and electrical distribution system (MCC, Sub-station) are available and reliable. To find out new customers by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
Responsible for collecting data to review and development of long-term maintenance consist of predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance programs for electrical equipment (Motor, transformer, UPS, Lighting) and electrical distribution system (MCC) are available and reliable.
Ability to design/calculation for minor modification related electrical system.
Evaluates and develops standards/Work instruction/Procedure for electrical equipment.
Conduct failure analysis for major failure of equipment to find-out the root cause.
Monitor and execution for all findings from troubleshoot equipment problems to enhance the better performance and reliability, involve in RCA and Investigation process. Improvement works are controlled and followed PDCA cycle for completion and evaluation.
Provides technical support, guidance to maintenance, operational personnel on equipment issues.
Issue section monthly performance report consist of expense report compare with budget.
Purchasing spare part, material for maintenance.
Other: Involve to another group to conduct improvement activity such as TPM; 5S, prepare some key training discussion programs for subordinates and conducts in-house training to develop and upgrade the subordinates' capability and competency.

Yêu cầu

Graduated University - Full time (major: Electrical)
Experience: Advantage with minimum 3 years of experience in the design, installation and maintenance of electrical system within oil and gas, Petrochemical or heavy industries.
To be able to read, design/draw and modify the engineering drawings, logic control diagram, single line diagram.
Familiar to use electrical tools such as VOM, Simulator, Mohm tester.
To have knowledge of principle of electrical equipment motor, VCB, ACB, UPS, Generator, Transformer.
To have knowledge of maintenance management methodology, strategy and new technology for PM and PdM maintenance of electrical equipment.
To know how to measure and evaluate completely the measuring results for repair / troubleshooting and issue the technical / Repair / Analysis report of Electrical maintenance works.
To create and review / evaluate the JSA, WI, SOP of removal, installation, maintenance, testing of the common electrical equipment available at ACVN plant.
To have able to evaluate the condition of machines and diagnosing problems, analyze and recognize all reasons causing damage and proposing prevention.
English skill: Good written and verbal communication in English (For Report, SOP...)
Willing to work when require. Willing to work Overtime Work or other duties out of scope of work. Fast response.
