Engineering Manager (Foreigner or Overseas Vietnamese)

Job Content
• Manage and lead the delivery of multi discipline teams (Mech/Elec/Plumbing/Fire)
• Applicant needs a relevant degree in at least one field, but should have competency/knowledge of other disciplines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attend project meetings with Clients and other designers.
• Work to complete assigned part of projects and achieve satisfaction from clients.
• Take responsibility for delivered services from the beginning to conclusion.
• Assign and allocate tasks to engineers of particular parts.
• Manage internal and external expectations, communications and outcomes.
• Provide technical advice where applicable, either from own experience or via internal resources.
• Manage and report on project financial performance (accountability)
• Identify and manage project risk and change
• Deliver projects within ICE quality process and systems
• Managing the delivery of project works within time and budget constraints.
• Liaise and communicate directly with clients and project stakeholders.
Requirements
• Graduated Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experiences on expertise fields.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation skills.
• Time-management, job-management to work under high pressure.
• High aptitude in problem-solving skills.
• Ability to select, process, and use information well.
• Willing to learn, good communication skills in VN and English.
• Capability in developing new/existing business and sales
