Job Description
Exciting Opportunity - FDI Manufacturing Plant Seeking Engineering Manager (Plastic, 2.000 USD, ID 17202):
Oversees all plastic production operations, ensuring quality and implementing corrective actions when needed.
Guides area supervisors to maintain discipline and system compliance.
Develops and communicates production schedules to meet customer delivery deadlines.
Manages staff performance and department resources.
Collaborates with other departments to achieve production goals and optimize machinery use.
Ensures timely and accurate completion of reports.
Eensures TPM system compliance.
Reviews and approves purchase requests.
Promotes Quality, Environmental Policies, and Leadership Principles.
Appoints a representative to the HSE Committee and ensures support.
Adheres to department budget and executes initiatives to improve communication, training, and cost efficiency.
Responds quickly to issues and promotes continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects.
Fosters teamwork and applies Lean manufacturing principles.
Coordinates with various departments to resolve daily production challenges.
Controls costs within budget and supports standardization efforts.
Performs other duties as assigned by GM.
Requirement
The male is preferred; Under 45 years old.
Engineering or related technical career or experience.
3-year minimum in injection molding as Manager.
Having worked previously in a structured quality environment.
Fluent in English.
