Today, we are expanding with a new high-tech facility in Thang Long II Industrial Park, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m2. This state-of-the-art site will produce advanced products, including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage and develop Connectivity R&D team
Drive product development based on customer requirements (VOC), ensure on-time delivery (development & NPI)
Work with Manufacturing, QA, Automation to improve product quality and process efficiency
Manage budget, project cost and resource allocation
Develop and maintain R&D procedures in line with company policies and requirements
Support global R&D activities
Other tasks assigned by management

Project management and manufacturing support
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree or above
Experience
At least 8 years in product development/management
Experience in telecom/connectivity product design
Preferred
Experience in fiber optic connectivity
Experience leading engineering team
Skills
Strong project management
Able to build and lead team
Work well in a fast-paced environment
Good English
Open for business travel
Preferred:
Knowledge of GR standards
