Activities are involved in Internal motivation and Partner relations programs:
Internal Motivation
- Communication on Digital & Direct channels and Prize granting events or trip organization of Field sales' Internal Reward programs
- Back office and sales team motivation programs (Holiday décor and competition Contests, Full year campaign...)
- Activities (Conferences and Workshops, Teambuilding, Outings, Year end parties ...) for Sales Division

- Monthly Sales Division E-Newsletter/ Website
- Sales Division Facebook
Partner Relations
- Partner Gifts on special occasions (Birthday, Mid Autumn, New Year ...)
- Partner Recognition Programs (for contribution to FE Credit)
- Partner yearly Conferences and Team buildings
- Other Partner Relationship Strengthening Programs
Yêu cầu
Background
• University Graduate, major: Business , Marketing or relevant areas are preferred
• At least 02 year experience in Marketing/ Events . Experience in closely working with Sales people, Partners and Agencies is added value
Skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good writing skills and taste of design
• Project management and work organization skills
• Team work skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and high pressure
• Creative, proactive and high responsible
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Good English
• Graphic Design is a plus
