Mô tả công việc
Primary Responsibilities
A. Enterprise Development & Coaching
• Support women and youth in developing and launching new businesses.
• Coach existing enterprises to improve service quality, cost control, marketing, and profitability.
• Deliver short, practical training modules (financial literacy, pricing, customer service, daily cash sheet).
B. Mentorship & Partnerships
• Mobilize mentors, local coaches, and alumni networks for peer learning.
• Build partnerships with cafés, hotels, suppliers, Women's Union, Youth Union, and local authorities.
• Facilitate market linkages (B2B supply, festival pop-ups, promotional tie-ups).
C. Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance
• Track KPIs (business start/upgrade counts, 6/12-month survival, revenue proxies, co-investment ratio).
• Collect documentation (photos, invoices, coaching logs) and ensure audit readiness.
• Prepare clear reports and case stories with REACH's M&E and Comms teams.
D. Operations, Fieldwork & Risk Management
• Plan and manage field schedules, travel, and logistics (approx. 40-50% travel).
• Oversee procurement and starter kit distribution with Finance/Procurement.
• Identify risks (business viability, safety, safeguarding) and implement mitigation measures.
Yêu cầu
Must-Have
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Development, Hospitality/Tourism, or related field.
• 4-5 years' experience in MSME/entrepreneurship support, livelihoods, or hospitality/retail operations.
• Proven ability to coach/mentor micro or small business owners (business planning, costing/pricing, cash flow).
• Strong facilitation and training skills; excellent Vietnamese; workable English for donor coordination.
• Comfortable with fieldwork (including ethnic minority communities and rural settings).
Nice-to-Have
• Direct experience in café/food service operations or small business ownership.
• Familiarity with Son La, Hue, and other provincial contexts.
• Digital basics: Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets (lookup, pivot), Canva/PowerPoint (training can be provided).

• Salary range: 25-35 million VND gross/month (depending on experience).
