Ensure that all of EHS standards, together with their techniques, tools, and processes, are carried out in a manner that is compliant with regional and worldwide agreements.
Provide support, driving, and implementing the EHS strategy of the group at the national level
Provide EHS trainings and give functional leaders and their teams with regular coaching.Participates actively as a member of the senior management team at the site in order to establish and accomplish the country sites environmental, health, and safety plan and goals
Takes an active role in contributing to the EHS communities of both the area and the world
Maintain a watchful eye on the nation's environmental, health, and safety laws, and keep the country's management team informed of any periodic changes.
Review accidents and incidents and ensure lines of reporting are followed within their country network
Verify that there is efficient communication on EHS issues within the country network
Responsible for all activities and management systems related to safety, health, and environmental protection at the locations
Yêu cầu
BSc degree in Supply Chain/Safety, Health and Environmental Management
At least 4+ years of work experience in EHS management relevant to position
Fluent in English
Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections
