1. Business Partnering
- Be a HRBP to assigned Business Units
- Consult with Managers and provide guidance on team dynamics, stakeholder navigation, performance, compensation, career development and all other core HR themes.
- Be the partner to your Directors and leaders, helping them anticipate, navigate and solve people issues, including organization design, structure and engagement.
- Have a consistent pulse on employee engagement and share it with your leaders to promote a holistic understanding of employee morale and team needs/risks.
- Provide guidance to ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and practices.
- Maintain a knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; collaborate with the legal department when necessary.
- Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention.
- Interpret human resources policy to company management.
- Work closely with the Heads of departments to fulfill in vacant positions.
- Cooperate with TA team to fulfill talent acquisition requirements.
- Deliver and ensure high quality of employee (recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, retention, exit interview).
- Provide inputs on workforce planning and budget headcount; consult & support internal recruitment (promotion, rotation, etc) to promote career from within.
- Deliver regular reports (headcount, hiring, attrition, budget) in a timely manner.
- Proactively cooperate & participate in People & Culture Division, including identifying talents, tracking development activities implementation & progress, and periodically succession review to ensure sufficient workforce pool for future and sustainability.
- Analyze attrition reasons regularly, share findings with department managers & HR colleagues, propose corrective actions & follow up
- Propose & support in delivering employee engagement activities
- Involved in other HR projects or related duties as required.
2. Employee Relations
- Acts as a first point of contact for employees regarding employee relations issues and/or concerns about motivation and job satisfaction.
- Investigate and resolve employees' grievances, gross misconduct and performance issues.
- Lead employee engagement activities at Plant's level including team building events, employee appreciation & wellbeing programs.
- Lead communication on new policy/process, benefits & compensation programs, townhalls, business updates, etc.
- Organize company activities to ensure staff relations and maintain working culture as communication sessions, sports activities, team building, year-end parties.
- Supervise to plan, monitor and update the annual budget of activities.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated in Business Administration, Finance or Human Resources.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in HRBP and 2-4 years of work experience in HR.
- Have in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers' compensation, union relations, and Labor Code.
- Strong foundation in HR concepts, strategies, with a growth mindset to constantly learning & experimenting new initiatives.
- Resourceful, creative, self-starter and passionate about making an impact through people.
- Handle situations effectively and efficiently.
- Have good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and hard working.
- Have good communication and time management skills.
- Have leadership skills and create positive aura for those around.
- Have logical and decisive thinking, able to solve problems quickly.
- Proficient in English skills
