ERP Implementation & Administration
- Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementations: scoping, configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live
- Customize DocTypes, workflows, Print Formats, and role-based access controls
Integrate ERPNext with CRMs, payment gateways, third-party APIs, and reporting dashboards
- Deliver user training, technical documentation, and ongoing post-deployment support for Canadian clients
Full-Stack Development
- Design and build full-stack web applications: responsive front-end, RESTful APIs, and scalable databases
- Integrate web applications with ERP systems, CRMs, and automation platforms
- Write clean, well-tested, documented code using professional Git-based workflows
IT Helpdesk & Technical Support
- Provide Level 1-2 helpdesk support to Canadian staff and clients under MSP service delivery standards
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, Microsoft 365, email, and endpoint issues
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, ticket logging, and SLA compliance
Cybersecurity & AI Automation
- Apply security best practices (NIST, CIS frameworks) across all development and support activities
- Support PIPEDA/PHIPA compliance and participate in client risk assessments
- Use Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gamma daily to accelerate development, documentation, and operations
- Build AI-assisted automations integrated into internal systems and client-facing service lines
Creative Digital Production (Nice to Have)
- Produce and edit professional video content for marketing and training (CapCut, Adobe Premiere)
- Design branded graphic assets for presentations and client materials (Adobe Illustrator, Canva)
- Build multi-step intake forms, conditional logic flows, and CRM integrations using JotForm
Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on full-stack web development delivering production-grade applications
- 1-2 years of IT helpdesk or technical support experience in a professional setting (required)
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects (required)
- Prior experience supporting Canadian or North American clients is a strong asset
- Agile/Scrum environment experience including sprint planning and code reviews
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Equivalent combination of education and demonstrable professional experience will be considered
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English - able to communicate professionally with Canadian clients and colleagues
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage concurrent priorities across time zones
- Adaptable and genuinely curious about emerging technology, especially AI
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
- ERPNext Certified Professional or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
- AWS Certified
Developer, Google Associate Cloud Engineer, or equivalent cloud certification
- Any recognized front-end, back-end, or cybersecurity framework certification
