Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality backend services using Java.
Participate in frontend development using ReactJS (mainly handling basic UI tasks with available frameworks/components).
Write unit tests and execute automation Postman scripts for each API.
Fix compiler warnings, errors, and bugs in a timely manner.
Contribute to system performance optimization.
Participate in detailed design and development of new services.
Involve in system integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following best practices.
Maintain technical documentation and system design documents.
Discuss with team members to propose effective and optimized solutions.
Perform code reviews and share knowledge with the team.
Stay open-minded, proactive in learning, and contribute ideas to improve productivity.
Yêu cầu
Backend
At least 4 years of experience in Java (Java 8+), enterprise application development, and concurrent programming.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).
Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
Experience working with RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
Familiar with message brokers, ESB systems.
Strong knowledge of concurrency and asynchronous processing.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8S) for deployment.
Familiar with CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
Frontend
Basic experience with ReactJS.
Able to handle simple UI tasks, integrate APIs, and work with existing frontend frameworks.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals.
General Skills
Familiar with Postman for API testing.
Familiar with AI Tools/Agents
Experience with GitLab/GitHub, Jira.
Good problem-solving, logical thinking, and time management skills.
Ability to work in Agile environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Able to communicate in English at work.
