ERP/DMS Implementation Consultant Business Analyst

OBJECTIVES

HQSOFT is looking for a Consultant to join our consulting and implementation team.

In this role, you will act as a bridge between business users and the technical team, participating in both business analysis and solution implementation to ensure that our systems effectively meet clients' business needs.

This position is ideal for candidates who are interested in developing a career in Business Analysis, Implementation.

REPORT TO: Manager

LOCATIONS: 2nd Floor, 72/24 Phan Dang Luu Street, Duc Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

WORKING: Monday to Friday (8:00 - 17:30, 1.5-hour lunch break), Saturday, Sunday off

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Business Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from clients
• Lead or actively contribute to the creation of analysis documents, including:
  • BRD / URD
  • Use Cases
  • User Stories
  • Business Process Flows
• Analyze current business processes and propose optimized, system-based solutions
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for the development team
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented

2. Solution Implementation

• Gain in-depth understanding of HQSOFT's products (DMS, Retail Systems, etc.)
• Configure systems and manage initial data setup for clients
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare user manuals/documentation
• Support and coordinate with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet agreed requirements

3. Project Support

• Participate in and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients and QC teams
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and report to the Project Manager/Team Lead
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot client issues
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Development, QC, and Project Management

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Implementation, or IT Consulting
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and documentation
• Good command of English (especially in writing documentation and communication)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SQL or data querying tools is a plus
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
