• Provide day-to-day support for the QAD ERP system, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Support core QAD modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Procurement.
• Act as first and second level support for ERP-related incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Coordinate with global IT teams, vendors, and QAD support for complex issues.
• Perform system monitoring, data validation, and root cause analysis to ensure system stability.
• Support ERP enhancements, upgrades, patches, and testing activities.
• Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT controls, security standards, and audit requirements.
• Participate in on-call or after-hours support as required.
Yêu cầu
1. Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2 - 5 years of experience supporting QAD ERP systems
2. Technical Skills
• Strong functional knowledge of QAD modules (MFG/PRO, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
• Experience in ERP support, incident management, and change management processes.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and ERP integrations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
4. Preferred Qualifications
• QAD certification is a plus.
• Experience working in manufacturing or automotive environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes.
