ESS Manager (Retail/pharma)

Purpose:
Lead a small team of Executive Search Professionals to conduct world class Search and Customer services to HR2B clients. Be the industry / functional expert of one area.
Context:
- Report to the Director Executive Search;
- Manage a team of 3 (self and 2 others);
- Work with Marketing, Business Development and Business Support teams;
- Responsible for Customer KPIs and team output.
Job Content:
- Personally work on Job Orders >60mVND (USD3,000) in monthly salary.
- Account Management -
+ Assign Customers and Jobs to qualified team members and follow up KPIs.
+Ensure team has created and is carrying out Account Management Plan.
+Personally visit key customers.
- Business development
+Person in Charge (PIC)
+Report to Director on function / industry and create a quarterly BD plan Carry out BD meetings and visits.
+Ensure team is carrying out BD activities and report back quarterly.
- Candidate Development - Ensure team has up to date 'Talent Map' of industry.
- Team Role = Leader
+ Set up and report on monthly / quarterly targets for the team
