In simple terms, this role is designed to serve as a dedicated "butler" for event organizers within the event space, whether the event takes place in Banquet or F&B outlets. The role is not involved in Rooms Division operations, nor does it replace or overlap with the responsibilities of any Banquet or Outlet Manager.
The Event Concierge serves as a visible, dedicated, and easily accessible point of contact for event organizers. The role ensures seamless coordination across banquet and outlet operations, promptly communicates changes, requests, and emergencies, and delivers a consistent, high-quality guest experience throughout the entire event lifecycle.
The Event Concierge is responsible for building trust and rapport with organizers through consistent emotional engagement, proactive support, and clear, effective communication.
