Pre-event organization and point of contact with booker
Planning an event that meets the objectives
Working out event budget, and logistics (venue, catering, etc)
Managing an effective event pro-active marketing campaign
Propose upselling initiatives
On-the-day management
Ensuring that on the day logistics are running smoothly (catering, venue, equipment)
Managing event staff to help mark attendance, run speeches, provide attendee support, collect sign ups etc.
Sending communications to organizers when needed (last minute changes, parking notices etc)
Post-event communication, reporting & analysis
Managing post-event marketing/communications ('thank you for hosting' email, feedback surveys, etc)
Reviewing reports
Analyzing feedback and report data to measure whether event goals was achieved
GSS goals review and set goals
Yêu cầu
Can communicate fluently by English.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
- Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
