Responsibilities
DRAW INSIGHTS & OPTIMIZE EVENT OPERATIONS
Draw insights and identify implications to re-design & implement the practice of employee events that aim to build a joyful workplace and achieve higher rates of employees' involvement & satisfaction.
Optimize the current employee event series such as occasional festive, company trips, Year-End events, lifestyle workshops, and sport/well-being activities
Maintain and uplift the internal sport & hobbies clubs
Lead the Event team in project executing, competencies development, and thrive for the team goals set
NAVIGATE TO A HYBRID-EVENT APPROACH: JOYFUL ANYWHERE
Reinforce the Event Team with outstanding creative ideas and reinvented solutions
Navigate the current event operations to a hybrid approach & cross-platform participation
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
At least 3 years proven experience with (Employee) Event Management and in the workplaces of more than 500 employees
Make every move with warrior-spirit, branded-mindset, employee-happiness approach, and lean operations
Strong skills with office tools and workplace platforms
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
Proven experience in the IT workplaces is a plus
