Event & Trade Marketing

1. Trade Marketing & POSM Management
Manage POSM inventory, stock replenishment, and inventory records.
Coordinate POSM production, distribution, replacement, and installation across all taprooms.
Support the rollout of seasonal marketing campaigns.
2. Brand Execution & Taproom Audit
Conduct regular audits across all taprooms to ensure:
Correct POSM placement and brand consistency.
POSM quality, cleanliness, and timely campaign installation/removal.
Strong visual merchandising standards.
Identify execution gaps, recommend improvements, and follow up until completion.
3. Taproom Maintenance & Operations
During site visits, identify and report maintenance or operational issues affecting guest experience (lighting, air conditioning, furniture, signage, cleanliness, etc.).
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
4. Brand Programs & Product Launches
Manage the execution of the Ale Trail program, including materials, passports, stamps, and stock availability.
Support new product launches by preparing POSM, coordinating distribution, ensuring taproom readiness, and monitoring execution.
5. Marketing Events & Logistics
Support marketing events through logistics planning, POSM preparation, supplier coordination, on-site setup, and post-event breakdown.
6. Reporting & Brand Improvement
Prepare weekly, monthly, audit, inventory, and follow-up reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.
Evaluate POSM, signage, and display materials to ensure durability, cost-effectiveness, and consistent brand presentation.
