PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE: We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Executive 2D Creative to join our dynamic Event & Activation team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our creative process, responsible for brainstorming core concepts and providing clear visual ideas for both 2D
Graphic Designers (for Key Visual execution) and 3D Graphic
Designers (for booth rendering). This position is perfect for a passionate agency professional who possesses a strong foundation in design-especially events-and is eager to turn innovative concepts into real-world brand experiences under tight deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
Over 2-3 years of practical experience, specifically within an Event & Activation Agency.
Highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Practical experience using AI generation tools to brainstorm and support design workflows is a major plus.
Solid understanding of event environments, stage layouts, activation booths, and POSM materials.
Previous experience with Gaming clients/projects and a basic understanding of 3D modeling design for physical spaces.
Deep passion for design and creativity, paired with a modern aesthetic sense tailored for real-world brand experiences. The ability to hand-sketch or storyboard ideas is a significant advantage.
Solid knowledge of print design guidelines, layouts, and production standards for event materials.
Highly resilient under pressure, accustomed to the fast-paced nature of event pitching and tight execution deadlines.
Fast learner with good communication skills to clearly articulate and present design ideas to the team.
