As part of our continued growth in Vietnam, we are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Assistant & Visa Case Officer to join our team at Hai Phong office.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Director in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of both offices.
• Lead, supervise, mentor, and support Visa Case Officers, administrative staff, and other team members to ensure high standards of performance and professionalism.
• Monitor workflow, allocate resources effectively, and ensure all client matters are handled efficiently and within required timeframes.
• Contact clients to collect documents as per checklist and evidence to prepare applications.
• Ensure all client files are properly followed up, documented, and filed in accordance with the prescribed manners and systems.
• Support the preparation and review of Australian legal documents, including applications, submissions, statutory declarations, and supporting evidence.
• Act as the primary management representative of the firm in Hai Phong and ensure the effective operation of the office in the Director's absence.
Yêu cầu
• Excellent English language skills (IELTS test at 7.0 overall or equivalent in other English language test(s)).
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, International Business, English, Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in immigration services, legal services, education consulting, business administration, client relationship management, or a related professional services environment.
• Previous experience in a supervisory, leadership, or management role is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, including experience supervising, mentoring, training, or developing staff.
• Demonstrated integrity, maturity, and professional judgement suitable for a senior leadership position.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality, accuracy, and compliance standards.
• A positive, growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to the long-term success of the organisation.
