JOB SUMMARY: Under minimal supervision, provides administrative support to assigned Principals/Managers as well as providing support to other BCG departments as required.
JOB RELATIONSHIPS:
• Position reports to: Office Coordinator and under general direction of assigned Principals and Managers
• Workers supervised: None
• Duration of the contract: 3 months trial contract with a possibility to extend
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create and maintain calendars and perform all necessary scheduling for assigned Principals and Managers
• Work with Travel Agents to coordinate travel arrangements for assigned Principals and Managers
• Type and prepare client proposals with guidance from Principals and Managers
• Establish and maintain necessary filing systems
• Prepare timesheets and reconcile charges against statements
• Interact with clients regarding meeting setup, case status and other administrative issues
• Develop and maintain relationships with client counterparts
• Interact with specialized outside vendors and BCG offices worldwide
• Conduct research for mass-mailings
• Assist and attend conferences and/or specialized area meetings as needed
• Prepare BCG standard Power
Point documents if required
• Perform other projects as assigned
Yêu cầu
Education/Experience
• At least BA degree with secretarial experience
• Minimum 3-4 years working experience in demanding business environment preferably in professional services
• Knowledge of computer and related technology operations and principles
Knowledge
• Proven ability to perform Executive / Administrative Assistant tasks at an exceptional level
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Extensive experience in a Windows environment
• Advanced skills in Outlook and Microsoft Word
• Knowledge of Power Point
• Familiarity with basic office equipment (copier, fax, scanner, etc.)
• Familiarity with standard business filing procedures and systems
• Fluency in English usage, grammar, spelling and punctuation
