Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the full spectrum of Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives and Employee Engagement activities, ensuring smooth execution, effective communication, and alignment with the company's culture, core values, and business goals. This role plays a key part in enhancing employee experience, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting talent development across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT (60%)
Coordinate and support the implementation of L&D initiatives, including Orientation & Induction, Core Training, Mandatory Training, and Company Values programs.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Line Managers to assess training needs, planning and development discussions (SDOC roadmap) and contribute to the development of the annual training plan or individual development planning.
Organize, schedule, and facilitate training logistics, including trainer coordination, venue setup, materials preparation, and attendance tracking, ensure compliance with the Quality Management System procedures.
Support with arrangement for ad-hoc trainings based on staff or management requests.
Assist in maintaining training records, evaluations, and reports to ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards and audit requirements.
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback collection and analysis and support continuous improvement actions.
Manage training budget usage, vendor quotations, and payment processes in accordance with procurement policies.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT (30%)
Plan, organize and execute engagement activities and corporate events (e.g. Annual Dinner, Team Building, Family Day, Women's Day, Birthday Celebrations, ESG Events, etc.) aligned with the company's branding and culture.
Coordinate logistics, internal communications, and employee participation to ensure impactful delivery of events.
Conduct employee experience and engagement surveys, analyse results, and implement action plans to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
Support the execution of employee engagement and experience surveys; compile and analyze data, and follow up on action plans with relevant departments.
Develop creative content and visuals for internal communication using tools such as Canva (or equivalent).
OTHERS (10%)
Comply and adhere to all matters of Quality, Safety & Health, and Environment standards as per company policies.
Manage
purchasing and payment processes related to training and engagement activities, ensuring compliance with procurement and finance procedures.
Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the line manager or Head of Department from time to time.
