About the Job
• Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization's products and services.
• Identifies advantages and compares organization's products/services.
• Sell value-added transportation and logistics services and solutions.
• To give good know-how of the service providers and customers.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by management.
For the Bình Dương position only: Preference will be given to candidates who permanently reside or are currently residing in Bình Dương. Candidates may report online or via email/Zalo, and are only required to come to the office (Xom chieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) once a week.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or higher in International Business, Logistics, Transport Economics, or related fields.
• Good understanding of the logistics industry and its operations.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in logistics sales; having an existing customer base is an advantage.
• Passion for business and sales.
• Careful, dynamic, enthusiastic, and career-oriented.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Proficient in common office software (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook, etc.).
• Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
• Ability to recognize local market trends and customer demands.

Additional Information:
• Probation period: 2 months.
• Age: 25-38 years old.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, [protected info] and 13:00-17:30.
