What You Will Do
We are looking for Experiences Ticketing Agents to join our FCM Travel Solutions Vietnam travel consultant team.
You will work across both leisure and corporate clients, in a collaborative team environment on dynamic and tailored itineraries.
Maintain up to date knowledge on air fares, routings, hotels, frequent flyer programs and land transportation.
You will manage our business travelers for air ticket, hotel, visa, transfer and other related travel requests.

Job requirement
Minimum 1 years travel industry experience
GDS experience on Amadeus & SabreSonic
Self ticketing/reissue/cancellations skills
Advanced English speaking & writing is a must
Travel experience of domestic air and international destination
Sales skills with excellent customer service skills
Leadership potential
Soft Skills:
Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks
Taking responsibility and accountability in your work
Team work and loyal to your customers
Working in an international environment
