Responsibilities
Print & release OBL to client at the counter after receiving SOB list from Customer Service & payment confirmation from Finance.
Release SWB & final copy BL to client via email after checking payment & receiving SOB list from Customer Service.
Monitor BL blank forms in the stock.
Daily record of printing & releasing OBL.
Manifest & issue BLs to client.
Follow ATD of export vessels to declare E-manifest to Local Customs against checking pre-SOB / SOB from Customer Service & Operations.
Any task assigned by upper level to share workload with team.

Key Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sea Economics/Import/Export major of Transport University, VN Maritime University, HCM Economic University, Foreign Trade University or equivalent.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of direct relevant or similar experience in Imp/Exp Documentation from shipping line industry.
Key Competencies & Skills
Customer oriented.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Good in English, both written and spoken.
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
