Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Export Documentation Executive to join our Export Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all export shipping documentation and coordinating LCL consolidation shipments to ensure smooth and timely operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and finalize all export shipping documentation, including Bookings, Shipping Instructions (SI), House Bills of Lading (HBL), Master Bills of Lading (MBL), Manifests, VGM, and other related documents.
Manage and coordinate LCL consolidation export shipments, with a primary focus on Ho Chi Minh City - Korea and Ho Chi Minh City - Jakarta (JKT) trade lanes, as well as other assigned routes.
Liaise closely with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers, and internal departments (Sales & Operations) to ensure shipments are handled efficiently and any operational issues are resolved promptly.
Monitor vessel schedules and provide timely shipment updates to customers and overseas partners.
Maintain organized documentation records and ensure all shipment data is accurately entered into the company system within the required deadlines.
Yêu cầu
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry, with solid expertise in Export Operations.
Professional Qualifications
Hands-on experience in LCL Consolidation is required.
Candidates with proven experience managing HCMC - Korea and HCMC - Jakarta (JKT) consolidation services will be given preference.
Strong understanding of export procedures, customs regulations, international shipping documentation, and shipping line requirements.
Skills
Good command of Business English, with the ability to communicate effectively via email and handle shipping documentation with overseas agents.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, logical, and capable of working effectively under pressure.

Salary: VND 10,000,000 - VND 16,000,000 (commensurate with qualifications and experience).
