Mô tả công việc
Get a Booking with the Shipping line or Co-loader and release it to the customer.
Follow and submit SI/VGM to the Carrier/Co-loader (Filling AFR, ENS, AMS if any).
Check Documents, make a Bill Of Lading to customers as well as send documents to Agent.
Send Debit Note to Customers/Agent.
Monitor and notify shipment status if there are changes during transportation.
Finish other tasks as assigned by Team Leader/General Manager
Yêu cầu
From 1 years' experience in Logistics/Freight forwarding/Import - Export.
College or Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade/ Economic/Import - Export (a notarized degree is required)
Working experience using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Microsoft Excel)
Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese is a plus
Attention to detail with a teamwork spirit
Able to work under pressure; good time management skills
