Mô tả công việc
* As a Food & Beverage Manager, you are responsible for managing operations of all Food & Beverage outlets of Thien Thai Hotel to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Food & Beverage Manager would also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Manage all Food & Beverage Outlet operations
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Ensure compliance of the hotel's standards
- Recruit, manage, train and develop the F&B team
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll
- Achieve budgeted revenues & expenses and maximize profitability related to the food & beverage department
- Incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue
- Assist in Marketing the food & beverage outlets, develop and manage the implementation of menus, package deals, promotions, displays, decorations and presentation within corporate guidelines to meet/ exceed sales and financial goals and objectives
- Accountable for monthly stock takes
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation

- Hospitality Management
- Professional experiences
- 3 to 5 years' experience in similar position
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Proven food and beverage management experience
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs
- Excellent Customer-Service Skills - Attention to Detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong Leadership Skills: must be leader, rallying their team during heavy shifts, resolving conflicts and getting the job done.
- Excellent Management Skills: deal with food, costs, pricing, creating work schedules and more.
- Organizational Skills: Keeping work schedules, shipments, cleaning schedules and more organized is crucial to the job.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Dealing with employee conflict, irate customers and wrong stock orders is part of a food and beverage manager's job. Being able to come up with a solution quickly is a needed skill. - Good Comunication Skills: need to accurately and easily communicate standards and cooking methods to staff, give orders and speak with customers clearly.
- Stamina: expect long days around hot cooking elements, much of it on feet. It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions
- Degree in relevant area or equivalent qualification
