F&B Supervisor

- Supervises bartender, waiter and waitress ensure the follow the standard sequence of service.
- Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet, work area, table wear, utensil and other materials & equipment use by the outlet.
- During the business hour the F & B Supervisor should give careful consideration on the service rendered by the staff.
- Notes all points on any faulty services to be brought up at the roll call.
- Maintain and promotes good relationship with the clients.
- Makes daily reports to the restaurant manager on incident that have occurred in the operation.
- Schedule staff duty roster to keep the each outlet fully manned at all the time.
- Conducts training session in order to maintain consistency of standard.
- Ensures that each staff receives daily appearance inspection.
- Attend to operational problem, guest complaints, inquiries and requests.
- Hold daily briefing with the staff to keep them up to date with the events, late policy and change.
- Performs related duties and special project assigned.
- As a model roll for all the associates especially for the waitress/waiter and cashier.
- Night Audit for Cashier at the end of the shift and reported to manager on that day.
- Cash up witness for cashier before storing together with one of security officer (if any).
- Check with chef for daily special
- Ensure all the food and beverage was being check before serve to the guest.
- Handling complaint if any guest not satisfy with the food and service, refer to manager incharge if the problem can't be solve.
