Facility Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC systems, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
Equipment Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of major electrical facilities, including switchgear, transformers, generators, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and Motor Control Centers (MCC).
Emergency Response: Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies such as power failures, equipment malfunctions, and safety incidents, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Project Coordination: Plan and supervise outsourcing construction projects, including electrical facility overhauls, maintenance, and repair services, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all facility operations comply with local safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety audits and drills.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment specifications, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams; prepare technical reports in English.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management,
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility management or maintenance roles, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
