Key Responsibilities
Facility works acceptance and maintenance (include MEP, CSA, FF, Facility machines include Cooling tower, Chiller and pumping, HVAC system, DHU and AHU system, Air compressor, Nitrogen, Vacuum, DI [protected info]
Review and sign for as build drawings, construction method statements and documentations.
Work with external parties (contractor, consultant, Government dept..) to get building/Fitout permit and acceptance approval.
Maintenance plan, WI, checklist preparation and review.
Manage facility team. Training, assign, and monitor facility engineer and technician daily works.
Other tasks assigned by team leader and management.
Yêu cầu
College or above graduated from electromechanical, electrical engineering. Etc majors. At least 5 years working experience in factory facility maintenance field, or 3 years in leading facility team
Have experience in maintenance facility, include MEP, CSA, FF or Facility machines include Cooling tower, Chiller and pumping, HVAC system, DHU and AHU system, Air compressor, Nitrogen, Vacuum, DI [protected info]
Priority for the candidate with Electrical, mechanical, construction engineer/supervisor certification. Experienced in facility permit procedure and obtaining.
Understand 2D/3D drawings for electromechanical, architecture, facility equipment.
Good communication skill and cooperation ability.
Good speaking English.
Skilled on PPT reports making and presentation, preferred if the candidates good at MS Project software
