Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Facility Officer in AEON MALL Thanh Hoa, AEON MALL Binh Tan & AEON MALL Ha Long
+ Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM - C shift 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 2 OFF days/week but not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
+ Report to: Executive/ Manager.
+ Main function: Follow established regulations, procedures, guidelines and standards to maintain building's facilities, utilities, daily operating conditions and maintenance plans ensuring smooth functioning and safety operation of the shopping mall, carry out all task to ensure tenant compliance to the agreement and Aeon Mall requirement.
1. Closely work with Aeon Delight (building maintenance and operation) and contractors, suppliers to supervise their performance to ensure fulfil and correct scope of work, schedule , service quality and following Aeon Mall requirements and standards. (20%)
2. Frequently patrol SC to provide timely support to customer, observe, aware and caring for daily operation conditions such as cleanliness, customer security, all building facilities and utilities to ensure safety and service standard. (20%)
3. Work with tenants, related parties to guide and follow up the fit-out/ demolish/renovation work, event set-up, decoration and equipment set-up, give proper supporting to ensure it works safely, timely and in compliance with Aeon Mall policies, procedures and guidelines. (15%)
4. Conduct periodic and requested safety inspection, hygiene,... in monthly to prevent incidents, handle effectively all incidents in shopping mall to ensure the operation running smoothly. (15%)
5. Handle administration tasks such as: making RFA, payments, contract, assets management... Assist in preparing FS team reports. (15%)
6. Assist supervisors to organize obligate activities such as Annual Fire Drill and Rescue, certificate for Fire Fighting & Rescue or Food [protected info] training needed for staff and tenant to ensure safety business and law compliance in shopping mall (10%)
7. Other tasks as assigned. (5%)
