JOB SUMMARY
Cai Mep International Terminal is looking for a competent and experienced Facility Supervisor to supervise the execution of facility works, general maintenance activities of the terminal infrastructure, provide planning, organizing and maintenance expertise trouble shooting for all electrical systems, electromechanical systems, and civil works in the terminal.

Working Location: Terminal at Tan Thanh Province, BRVT (old address)
Reporting: Facility Manager
WHAT YOU DO?
- Facility Maintenance & Operations:
Oversee construction, provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for:
• Terminal infrastructure (berth, container yard, internal roads, buildings, stations)
• Lighting systems (high mast towers, poles, building lighting)
• Electrical systems, including power distribution networks, switchboards, transformers, cabling systems, and backup power systems (e.g., generators, UPS)
• Plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, wastewater systems, and related piping networks
• Air conditioning and ventilation systems (HVAC)
• Pump systems and their operations
• Fire alarm and firefighting systems
Ensure all maintenance and repairing work is carried out safely, effectively, and in compliance with technical standards and regulations
Implement and monitor preventive maintenance (PM) programs for all facility systems, including electrical and plumbing systems, to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
- Infrastructure Performance & Improvement:
Monitor and assess infrastructure and facility system performance, including pavement, drainage, electrical, and plumbing systems
Develop and implement maintenance, refurbishment, and replacement programs
Propose engineering solutions to improve system reliability, safety, and lifecycle performance.

WHAT WE NEED?
• A Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. PMP or Construction Supervision Certificate is preferred.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in construction or general maintenance within ports, mines, steel, or manufacturing plants.
• Broad knowledge of construction, berth facilities, mechanical and plumbing systems, building systems, industrial electrical systems and electrical equipment.
• Technical expertise in maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities, including carpentry, masonry, painting, plumbing, and other building trades.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Computer literacy and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong knowledge of supervisory principles.
• Customer service oriented, responsive to internal departmental needs.
• Self-confident, independent, and able to perform under pressure.
