Mô tả công việc
* Facilities Management
- Responsible for the optimal use of facilities accommodation, furniture, equipment and supporting services, and maintaining a safe and neat workplace.
- Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance. Activities include planning maintenance and replacement; property management, insurance and supply arrangements.
- Responsible for day-to-day facilities operations.
- Responsible for the reliable operation, maintenance and repair of the organization's buildings, facilities, machinery and equipment.

- Ensure proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance
- Provide FNA consulting and operation services in line with business strategies and
* Accountabilities:
- Meet KPI of Facility management
- Other accountabilities as assignment.
Yêu cầu
* Education: College or Bachelor
* Professional Qualification/Certification:
- Preferrably with Professional Certication in facility mangement
* Experience:
- Preferable to have 3 - 5 years relevant experience in warehouse & logistics
- Knowledgeable in 5S/7S, ISO, C-TPAT standards is highly preferred
- Strong passion in facility management
- Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Words and Power point
- Able to work independently and meticulous
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
