track, and analyze their farming activities more efficiently and sustainably. Our goal is to
empower farmers with real-time insights and best-in-class digital tools.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated individual with strong connections to the farming community in
Vietnam. As the Farm Onboarding & Engagement Manager, you will train and support
farmers in using our free app for one year, gather their feedback, and relay key insights back to
our product and development teams. Your work will ensure that the Tend app remains
farmer-focused and continuously improves in response to user needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Farmer Onboarding & Training
• Conduct on-site and virtual demonstrations of the Tend app.
• Assist farmers in downloading, setting up, and learning to use the app's features.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and guidance to ensure a positive user experience.
2. Relationship Building
• Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with local farmers, cooperatives, and agricultural communities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for farmer inquiries and concerns about the app.
3. Feedback Collection & Communication
• Regularly gather user feedback on functionality, usability, and potential areas of improvement.
• Translate and relay feedback clearly to our product and development teams.
• Propose enhancements or updates based on farmer experiences and local farming practices.
4. Data Reporting & Analysis
• Monitor app usage and adoption rates among farmers.
• Prepare weekly or monthly reports summarizing adoption metrics, challenges faced, and user satisfaction.
• Present clear, actionable insights for the product team to implement.
5. Community Engagement & Outreach
• Organize informational workshops or small training sessions in farming communities.
• Advocate for best practices in farm management and sustainability using the Tend platform.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to share success stories and testimonials.
• Coordinate with sales and partnership teams to identify new growth opportunities.
