Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Fashion Sales Manager (Ecommerce, 2500$++, ID17811):
Lead the omni-channel business strategy, including e-commerce and physical stores, ensuring revenue growth, operational optimization, and brand integrity in the fashion industry.
Design and implement a comprehensive
business development strategy across online sales channels .
Directly manage Online departments related to revenue
Establish KPIs, budgets, and short, medium, and long-term sales plans for each channel.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Communication teams to execute seasonal and brand campaigns.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior studies to develop effective competitive strategies.
Train, develop, and retain a high-performing business team, inspiring them to uphold the brand's premium standards.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion, or related fields.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the fashion industry, including at least 3 years in a senior management role in E-commerce.
Excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and market/data acumen.
Strong aesthetics and deep understanding of customer experience in high-end fashion.
