Mô tả công việc
1. Coordinate with Technology & Quality for Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) approvals for products and register International Specification for specific requirements by OEMs or tender specification offers.
- OEM Product development and approval process regarding technical issues.
2. Product developments
- For OEMs (First Fill & Service Fill) and after market.
- For cost reduction and improvement of logistics: manage new product localization and product formula optimization and replacement of raw material, new import product to meet Completely Knocked Down OEM's requirements.
- Carry out Total and competitors trial test, testimonials with current products, new products
3. Technical support
- Products seminar & technical training to improve Automotive staffs, Strategic Distributors/ Professional Sub Distributors, Franchise Car Dealer and Franchise Truck Dealers.
- Support to solve customers' complaints and/or claims related in technical part.
- Coordinate with Technology & Quality to provide Technical data sheet, Material safety data sheet, new product and technical training documents to other departments.
- Help marketing department to prepare and update marketing tools from a technological point of view.
- Provide needed technical assistance on important commercial projects.
- Work closely with Area Sale Manager / Distributor Sale Representatives to build up distributors with confident knowledge and promote the use of technical services to manage technical key account customers' queries and troubleshooting.
- Carry out joint and solo visits to new and existing key customers providing technical proposals/assistance to generate sales opportunities, with both existing and new products
- Build up Automotive lube-chart for key strategic accounts to be link with industrial sectors
4. Management of technical standards and materials.
- Establishment and revision of technical standards (Technical data sheet, Material safety data sheet, raw material specification)
- Data management of technical trends and information for update revision.
5. Technical coordination activities.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile, Mechanical, Chemistry/Chemical engineer or relevant major.
- Minimum 2 years experiences in the technical field of lubricants or service company.
- Certain amount of mechanical knowledge for vehicle and power-train.
- Good ability to know how to solve technical problems.
- Good presentation and negotiation skill.
- Good English communication and writing.
- Computer skill of power point, word and excel, etc.
- Willing for travel
