• High Vocational Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Technology,
Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in equipment installation, maintenance, inspection, or technical service, preferably in the food processing industry.
• A strong customer service mindset and commitment to service excellence.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic service environment.
• Strong organizational and self-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic to good English communication skills are preferred.
