Field Verification Manager ( FV Manager)

Role Purpose:
Managing the FV team nationwide, including FV Supervisor/A. Manager, FV supporters, FV checkers and FV staff in
Southern, Central and Northern area
The role will also go on business trip as required.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Monitoring FV attendance to conduct proper allocation and ensuring high productivity of FV team on daily basis
2. Follow up with FV to clear long pending cases, to maintain the overall TAT as required
3. Conducting regular training, coaching to maintain the credit quality, delinquency as per threshold (# of credit finding, staff misconduct, misbehavior, delinquency ratio...), to enhance the assessment skills for the FV team, as well as to deliver excellent service to customer
4. Conducting proper capacity planning, prompt recruiting and training to fill in any vacancy, to ensure business continuity
5. Proactively participating in or initiating change projects to enhance the FV performance and effectiveness
6. Proactively connecting FV team to maintain good team morale, high spirit, proper mindset and high integrity
Performance measures:
1. Number of case/FV
2. Overall TAT for FV
3. Number of finding by CQ, FVQA
4. Delinquency ratio
5. Number of initiation to streamline the FV process and enhance the FV performance and effectiveness
6. Responsiveness to address the query from other units/departments
