Mô tả công việc
- Lead and manage the finance business partner function, covering the areas for Controlling, Tax, Treasury / Working Capital Management and support of the APAC Shared Service Center for Accounting
- Prepare timley required reports with profound analysis of daily, monthly, quarterly, annual and multi-year actual business performance, trends, plans and forecasts covering relevant financial business aspects incl. profound analysis
- Prepare, and conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities and their implementation. ----- Prepare cost saving analysis and monitor developments. Provide guideance to other departments
- Be responsible for cash management. Evaluate, analyse and report cash usage and prepare plans and forecasts as required. Ensure always optimal cash balances for the business
- Prepare reports, provide analysis and initiate measures to fullfill working capital targets incl. but not limited to cash, inventory, AR and AP
- Responsible for managing all corportate tax payments, report submissions, tax audit management. Initiate and execute tax plans for tax optimizations. Ensure VAT invoices are issued correctly (supplier / customer). Identify tax subsidies
- Lead and develop finance business partner team
- Take ownership of finance related sub-project leadership
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor (Business Administration or Finance)
- Tax Certificate
- Solid knowledge of Controlling / Business Partnering
- Solid knowledge of Vietnamese taxation system and workings
- Exposure to manufacturing, production environment
