Mô tả công việc
I. Finance:
• Handle the coordination of accounting operations, financial reporting, planning, budget management and accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Manage the payment of disbursements, contractual compliance, ensure all obligations to suppliers, vendors and others are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Manage the continuous improvement of internal financial policies and systems to enhance operational capacity and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and tax filing.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budget planning and monitoring.
• Ensure timely submission of tax filings, including VAT, CIT, PIT, and other statutory requirements, while maintaining accurate and organized tax records.
• Stay updated on changes in Vietnamese tax laws and ensure company compliance.
II. Human Resources (HR):
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Prepare payroll and submit monthly contributions and related tax declarations and reports.
• Manage labour contracts and other labour-related documents in a timely manner to mitigate the impact of expirations, renewals, and adjustments.
• Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, leaves, and performance reviews.
• Leading the resolution of conflicts, breaches of the Code of Conduct, and disciplinary and/or termination procedures.
• Assist in implementing HR initiatives such as employee training, engagement activities, and performance appraisals.
• Monitoring staff appraisals in collaboration with line managers.
• Manage compliance with Staff Handbook policies, procedures and expectations in particular the appropriate standards of conduct outlined therein and update the Staff Handbook as required.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labour laws and company HR policies.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field from a reputable local university.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR and Finance in Vietnam; Bachelor's degree in accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Having a Certificate of Chief Accountant training (added advantage).
• Experience dealing with tax audits, social insurance offices, and government authorities.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labour laws, payroll regulations, financial management, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in payroll software and accounting tools (e.g., MISA).
• Proficient in verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
