ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Finance Director/Head to build our finance function from the ground up and own it across multiple business units at once.
This is a hands-on role, not a pure leadership seat, you'll be personally doing the work of standardizing our financial processes while supporting new business lines through their Vietnam setup.
We're an early-stage, multi-brand technology group, so you'll be building systems and judgment calls from scratch rather than maintaining something already in place.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Standardize financial statements, balance sheets, and reconciliation processes across multiple business entities.
• Build and document core finance SOPs, including payroll and reimbursement processes, from scratch.
• Build staffing and departmental budgets in coordination with HR as the company scales headcount.
• Support new business units through their financial and operational setup, working directly with each unit's leadership.
• Own ongoing budget-vs-actual reporting and provide regular financial visibility to leadership.
• Act as the primary finance point of contact across business units with competing priorities and shifting scope.
