Description
As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
* Managing financial reporting and ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company standards.
* Overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
* Analyzing financial performance and providing actionable insights to improve profitability.
* Ensuring tax compliance and liaising with relevant authorities as needed.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
* Monitoring cash flow and implementing strategies for effective liquidity management.
* Supervising and mentoring the accounting team to enhance productivity and accuracy.
* Oversee cash flow, bank relationships, FX risk, and payment processes
Profile
A successful Finance Manager SEA should have:
* 8+ years of experience as a Finance Manager in multinational or FDI companies
* Proven leadership and strong stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English with the ability to effectively present to regional and HQ teams
* Skilled in SAP, IFRS reporting, and transfer pricing compliance
* Strategic thinker with hands-on financial and operational expertise
