Mô tả công việc
Participate in the overall management of the company at the senior management level. Advise the managing director, senior administration manager, and the CFO proactively on all financial matters.
- Manage a complete accounting system of the highest international standards and in compliance with the law and accounting regulations.
- Responsible for month-end closing and reporting within deadlines.
- Provide adequate training for and supervise staff in the accounting department to be established in the company and ensure the highest performance of the whole team.
- Ensure the company is promptly updated on tax and relevant information and fulfill both international and national tax and financial report obligations.
- Ensure that the company's regulations on financial transactions are always strictly applied by all staff.
- Prepare budgets for the company's activities and keep the management continuously updated on the financial status of the company.
- Liaise with local authorities on all financially related matters.
- Exercise stringent internal auditing to protect the company of any kind of loss due to fraudulent practices.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from university major in finance, accounting, auditing
- Knowledge of international accounting practices and laws
- Solid experience with SAP, preferably Hana edition
- Expert level in Excel
- Good command of English
- Ready to go on business and work abroad (Laos)
