Mô tả công việc
• Develop and enhance the financial and accounting systems for JTT Logistics and its subsidiaries.
• Establish and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
• Implement expenditure regulations to ensure financial compliance.
• Oversee asset management processes to optimize resource utilization.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to foster professional growth.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus.
