Reports to: FD Team Leader, AD-FD Junior Manager, General Manager
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal
- Country Director, Managing Director, AD-FD Manager/Officers, Operation Manager/Officers, Sponsorship Services Manager/Officers, Project Manager, Field Officers
External
- GNI's Donors, Partners, Governmental Officials, INGOs, Communities
MAIN DUTIES
- Deeply understand accounting concepts, GNV's financial manual, cost norms, financial forms and able to guider others;
- Deeply understand Plan of Action (POA) of project;
- Perform banking transactions such as cash withdrawal, payment, receive monthly bank statements and transfer funds from the mother bank to Head Office/ Community Development Project (CDP);
- Record the daily expenses incurred in the accounting books (Petty Cash).
- Receive and examine accounting documents from CDP.
- Monthly enter data into Quick Books
- Filling documents follow the system
- Support CDP's finance staffs in need.
- Other tasks as required by line manager
Location: Head Office, Hanoi

Education: University degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant fields
Work experience: At least 01 years relevant working experience
