Financial Product Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including driving continuous process improvement initiatives to support the delivery of financial products to users, partners, and customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and improve marketing and communication campaigns, with a solid understanding of planning effective in-app user journeys and experiences.
Set up and optimize assets across in-app and internal marketing platforms. In addition to execution, you will be responsible for tracking and analyzing overall campaign performance within the platform.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to build sustainable operations, enhance efficiency, and achieve cost savings.
Support the distribution of financial products by working closely with partners and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
Assist the Operations Manager in managing inventory and warehouse-related activities, ensuring an adequate level of necessary resources at all times.
Provide customer support by handling inquiries and resolving issues when required.
Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: Remote work (only handling pending or urgent issues if any)
