Language: English speaking Salary: 15M - 25M About the company Global Japanese cosmetic brand specialized in premium skin care products. The brand was established in 1956 at Ginza, Tokyo. The brand is well known as best selling cosmetic products in department stores in Japan. Currently the brand distributor in Vietnam wants to increase brand exposure focused to high income population. The head office in Ho Chi Minh City was established in 2015, and now looking for Flagship shop sales supervisor, who can manage team of store staffs and drive sales. Job Description: - Plan sales activity to increase store visitors and drive sales to achieve monthly target. - Report daily and monthly report of department store counter to sales manager. - Plan and submit sales forecast to sales manager. - Manage stock at department store. Take out stocks from head office warehouse and stock department store counter's stock cabin. - Join monthly global meeting with sales director and support in reporting and collecting information from other countries. - Host sales meeting with your staff once a month. - Arrange shift working schedule of your staff at department store. - Evaluate your staff performance once a quarter (3 months). - First contact person for department store company head office. - Register monthly sales promotion to department store company. - Run sales campaign and in-store promotion to increase sales of the store.
